Grace's first Dentist Visit

Grace was so excited to go to the dentist. She marked the occasion by wearing her favorite yellow sundress. She giggled through her x-ray.

She giggled through her chair ride while wearing the sunglasses.

She opened wide for her cleaning.

She did really well until the end when she needed flouride. The hygienist said she was going to paint Grace's teeth with flouride, and Grace was worried her teeth would permenantly be some other color.
We all (Grace included) got a clean report-no cavities. I celebrated by taking the girls to Cold Stone. Hmm.

Going to the dentist at an early age is a good practice for kids. It's great that unlike most kids, your daughter is looking forward to her dental visit. She looks very adorable in her yellow dress. Last month, I took my son to visit the dentist (Bartlett). He actually liked the dentist because he's very friendly and gives small rewards after the teeth cleaning. Also, the (Bartlett) dentists are very gentle in administering dental treatments, thus, making the child relax which in turn expedites the process.
